Archi-Lab not loading

Describe the bug After installing Orkestra, Archi-Lab does not appear

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install Archi-Lab 2019.2.27 with Revit 2019.2.3 and Dynamo 2.0.3 and Orkestra
2. Open Dynamo

Screenshots If applicable, add screenshots to help explain your problem.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows 10 Pro
• Revit Version : 2019.2.3
• Dynamo Version : 2.0.3
  • Orkestra Version : 1.7

In Which context did it happen : All

Hey @MarkAckerley , thank you very much for the detailed report! I've tried to reproduce the issue by recreating the same conditions. I used the same software versions and I dowloaded all the packages I could see in your screenshot (didn't know the versions though...) and I can't seem to get the same behavior:

There are two things I am not completelty sure about though:

• The aforementioned package versions
• Your Z drive seems to be on a server. On my side have been installing the packages in my local default package folder:

It would really be helpful if you could provide the informations about the package versions and try and move your packages to the local folder and see if it has any impact.

Hey,

So I downloaded a more recent version of Archi-Lab, stuck it in my Server Location, alongside the old one (which won't delete for some reason!) and copied across any depreciated .dyns

All working now!

Hack it til you crack it :D

Will let you know how I get on…
