Updating this thread for people who might get the same problem : it was due to an issue at the setup of the packages for the Hub/workspace. The solution is to reset those settings by uploading the set of packages again.
Describe the bug Added a definition and the proper packages to the cloud workspace. Having an issue with some of our users receiving errors saying the custom node definition is not loaded. Other users are able to run the definitions with no issues. All users have refreshed their workspaces in the desktop app as well as the Revit add-in.
