Describe the bug When i try to add a playlist folder, i get a fatal error?

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Start from C3D.
1. Go to 'Playlist'
2. Click on 'Settings'
3. Vlick on 'Plus' sign to add folder
4. See error

Expected behavior add a folder

- Orkestra Version : 1.1.1
