Update with chrome extension

ping-me now has a chrome extension !

• Install it from here
• Log in with the same credentials used in $ ping-me config
• ping-me will work even if any browser window is not open.

Q : Does that mean no dirty cron jobs now? A : No, that means windows users aren't that bad either.
