mailto: and tel: links not working #31

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a web page with mailto: or tel: links
2. Click on the link

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

You will see a web page not available error. Should open in email client / 
phone app.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

stock rom 2.2.1 (HTC Wildfire Telstra)

I disabled as many as possible interactions 
with other applications at the beginning of SandroB.
I will put this back on.
