Cannot launch the custom activitiy

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open the following hyper link on sandrob.
<a href="mobilesignactivity://other/parameters/here"> mobilesignactivity </a>

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1. Use the default browser can open successfully.
2. sandrob will show following message:
"Web page not available The Web page at 
mobilesignactivity://other/parameters/here might be temporarily down or it may 
have moved permanently to a new web address.
Here are some suggestions:
Check to make sure your device has a signal and data connection Reload this web 
page later. View a cached copy of the web page from Google"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SandroB for 2.3.x, CM 7.1

please specify on which custom rom if none of above is okey
build (2.3.5)

Please provide any additional information below.
Does sandrob support the browser invoke custom activitiy?

This feature was disabled at the beginning of SandroB for security reasons.
It can be enabled back now because SandroB is used for more than 
just SSL client certificates.

Yes. It will be in next release. 
There will be setting ON/OFF to activate this.
By default it will be OFF.

Setting is called ___Activate other programs___
Default value is OFF
