Add back method support for PersistentStateFacets #148

Hi there,

The changes in #105 got lost during the migration to orleans 7.0. This returns all the changes on top of main branch

This would be great to see merged into the main branch with Orleans 7 support. Our team is currently blocked on quite a bit of Test implementation with this package due to our use of PersistentStateFacets Would add a vote if I could.
