Lethice Fight Error #723

A fatal error occurs when fighting Lethice, one or two rounds into the fight. Going in as an Arch-Imp, around lvl 60, NG 0, and it seems to occur every time. The scene becomes blank except for the error message, and the rescue button does not function.

Seems to happen right after a round is complete; PC makes an attack, Lethice makes an attack, click to end round and then error.

Error in scene: Error #1006 null

Well, I have tried three playthroughs with different characters and have run into the same problem. I guess I won't be getting to do any NG+ in this version. I have attached a save file, converted to .txt to upload it save_example.txt , of the last playthrough set to take her on. I tried making sure to one shot her, which gets to the scene of her minions buying her a moment, but it hits the same error the turn she is back in play.
