• more weapons can get random enchantments: claymore, halberd, kama, nodachi, ribbon, scimitar, warhammer, whip, zweihander
• quality affects weapon effects such as stun, bleed, and bonus tease damage
• race tf added as item effect (can be added to non-random items now)
• cursed TF enchantment for races: Lizard, Wolf
