Hotfix, no downloadurl was specified. (Fixes #41 ) Might be the cause of some users not auto-updating and continues corrupts of locationdata

Also include serverfixes.

Version 0.5.7
- TODO: Use Colvis to hide less usefull columns by default
- Cleanup: Removed column selection from search setup
- Bugfix: Fixed Nicknames not showing in search results
- Feature: Added option to search for City and/or State/province and/or Country. Instead of only one of those.
- Bugfix: Fixes some clients not auto-updating
