This update to Enigma adds a javadoc rendering window which will render javadocs so people can see how it would look. It can also be used to see how the formatting used in the javadoc (especially html formatting) would look. An example can be seen as below. Screenshot 2022-02-22 185014

This pr will remain a draft until the following things have been fixed:

[x] Enigma crashing
[x] The annotations not properly being discarded
[x] Better implementation for the AnnotationUtil
[ ] Add documentation
