Rendering api #3

I know this is a bit basic, but it definitely is needed. You can also make parts of the api separate (example: fog rendering, lightning engine rendering and fog rendering).

I'd love that feature, and possible implementation could probably be copied from legacy fabric or forge!

Such a feature is planned at some point, but it is currently not a priority, we will get there in time though.
