PHC returns time in 1970 #107

We see a situation when oscillatord doesn't report any errors, but at the same time /dev/ptp2 returns time in 1970

Do you have some context to share ? Maybe some logs or the situation that led to this ? (after a gps shutdown, in nominal tracking with no particular reason, at init ...).
