The addon doesn't seem to be able to filter out Annoying NPCs that scream in towns.
I added their names to the name filter, and to the message filter, but it didn't help.
need some solution, at least to be able to filter them manually
or a base of screaming npc by guid, which will be silent, by enabling one checkmark in the settings
