Get rid of APIv1 #310

APIv1 is deprecated entirely, no recommended, so i decided to transfer all apiv1 implementations to apiv2, the only thing that was using v1 was beatmaps for medals, the rest is just not used apiv1 code, also im leaving the option because admin panel still uses apiv1
