Deploy vm on top of kvm host #39

Motivation

In order to deploy immutable service,
As a devops,
I want to deploy isos on KVM host.

Specification

Make a wrapper on top of https://github.com/stackhpc/ansible-role-libvirt-vm give the possibility to import libvirt VM from VagrantCloud
