Korean language not displaying properly #22

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Accessing to any Korean website
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
 - For example, 응 the word yes has the to ㅇ's on the top and the bottom. However, I do not know what the problem is, but in every website, it shows as ㅡ not letting the two ㅇ's appear. 으 also appears as ㅡ.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
 - The April 6th version of 2012.
