annotation of not cpg-probes #9

Hi,

I was wondering what the rationale was for limiting the annotation to cg probe types and leaving out the ch probes. I tried to find an explanation in the missMethyla and GOmeth papers but couldn't. Perhaps I missed it but could you enlighten me :-). Thanks!
