Splat pop updates #123

Major updates include:

New function to simulate co-regulated eGenes using eqtl.coreg parameter
Update splatPopSimulate to take empirical data as input and bypass sampling base gene means for each individual
Updated vignette to demonstrate these new features

Minor updates include:

Updating splatPop to assign unique cell names (SampleID:CellID)
Added a new function to generate a set of mock data that can be used as input directly to splatPopSimulate
Fixed bug where more than the desired number of cells were being simulated when certain batch configurations were requested.
