Automattic's statement+guidelines (which is really long) has a section that lists some resources for learning more about diversity.
There is also the DDI resource page to use.
@philippa5 Did you mean to assign yourself to this task? I'm totally cool with that, but just wanted to make sure that you realized this is now assigned to you.
I figured as it's content creation, you could use help with it - and it would get me more up to speed on Github cuz I'd have to ask questions. :) .
