Insperity only provides benefits for employees who work 30 or more hours a week, so we can't offer regular full-time benefits to part-time employees through Insperity.
We could potentially reimburse out-of-pocket medical expenses up to a certain amount. Hm. I'll have to do some research on that.
Ugh, unfortunately doing it by reimbursement means that money is taxable, which isn't a good solution. I think we will need to pass on this for now and spend more time looking into options on a case-by-case basis.
Part-time employee benefits will not be exactly the same as for full-time employees, so we should specifically define what they are (and how location may or may not affect them).
