Meta-circularity? #1

Would be very cool if it was able to build/publish itself e.g. a meta-circular build tool. I understand that there's a base + a custom part and combining the two may be challenging.

Sure, if you find a way feel free to create a PR. As you said though, It might be challenging since project config and 1JPM are combined in one file.
