.install plugin bukkit31620, saves the Spigot ID instead? #218

The only issue I saw was that using .plugin install bukkit31620, AutoPlug will for some reason save the Spigot ID instead?

@widget- will look into it

Installing a new plugin via that command currently does not create an entry in the plugins.yml config, thus when running .check plugins later it will try to find the id (and thus finds the spigot id, since that is what it tries first).
