Ancient Egyptian Regnal Names not Showing Properly

Describe the bug

Ancient Egyptian namelist regnal last names seem to not be appearing. Some Apostrophes for posessives not showing up.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Load Ancient Egyptians name list into game, using a monarchy empire
2. With the "Useful Heirs" mod, make the heir a governor.
3. Open the leaders panel, notice the characters name.
4. See error

Expected behavior Regnal names should show the last name, which with this namelist is a title like "Lord of Worlds".

Additional context Potential fixes includes using the "" workaround for second_name and having the title included in the first name, or using the full_name key.

Resolved by appending titles to first_name and using "" for regnal second name.
