Resize card images on load #3

Most of the images in xwing-data are a consistent size, but some cards are larger or smaller e.g. Han Solo. We should resize on loading the data from xwing-data so the cards can be presented in a consistent way on the website.

Desired sizes: Pilots & Reference Cards (300x418) Upgrades & Conditions (196x300)

Alternatively we can source the correct sized images and push upstream.
