Layer [current_section_polygone] is missing in PostGis at the beginning of the project #62

To be able to load the layer [current_section_polygone] from postgis we need to create a graph and edge, so this layer is not visible at the begining of the project, it 's not big deal but it will be more conveniant to be able to load it at the begining before to create edge
