Installing in Q-GIS 2.18 #69

Hi every one... can one help me with the procedure of installation in Q-GIS 2.18 and some tutorial to use the program? Thank you very much!... : )

Hi @wantolinez4, you can have a look at https://gitlab.com/Oslandia/osgeo4w/tree/master/packages/qgis-ltr-albion-plugin

The dependencies are listed there, and the way to build the bits and pieces are in the packages this one depends upon. Sorry it's not and easy install yet.
