Enhance the process to create graph #96

The process to create graph is simple after 2 or 3 weeks of practice. At the begining it is a little bit tricky to remember that we need to select the geological intervals to copy the intervals in the node layers to save the layers to add the name of the graph in the node layers. it will be strongly appreciate for the beginer to simplify all these simple task...

in create graph widget, add a layer selection and a filter condition to create nodes directly
adds menu option to convert possible edge into edges
