Moving cursor via keyboard past bottom of long file list should scroll. #23

As mentioned in https://github.com/Osmose/advanced-open-file/issues/22#issuecomment-137553281, if the list of files is long enough to be scrollable, and you use the keyboard to move past the end of the visible items, the list should scroll to keep the cursor highlight in view.
