Show details when we fail to list a directory. #39

Eventually I'd like to make this less error-specific for things like showing a message when the user is creating a path that doesn't exist yet (rather than just showing nothing, like we currently do) but this is fine for now.

I tested this in dev mode (or at least I think I did that right), but I'm still getting the same error as in #37. I'll poke around and make sure I'm actually running the newest version.
