When "Default input value" is set to "Active file's directory", it should fall back to "Project root" #80

Tabs that don't have a active directory (like a settings panel or a new file that is unsaved), should use the project root as the default value, instead of an empty value.

Couldn't figure out how to add the settings panel or similar in a test, otherwise I would've added one. But this should be fixed in master.
