About your pp counter thing , why cant i open it? Everytime i open it it says "this app can't run on your pc" i've tried every version of it but none worked. help?

Sorry it's unknown. Try to run Sync as admin.

try redownload Sync.7z in https://github.com/OsuSync/Sync/releases
