I modified your plugin RTPPD, can I release my plugin with modified RTPPD? Modifications 1.Removed output after Mania PP calc. 2.Replaced Mania HitObject parser with mine.

Anyone could release everything about our relative project within our license(MIT). So you could release your build and the Sync plugins you modified. Even you can take a PR to improve ORTDP project.
