Move wiki to GitHub #5

We agreed that the documentation would be better off alongside the repository, so I'll start moving things over soon.

I noticed that you have migrated the wiki to github some time ago...but people are updating still the old one. Is the migration not finished? If it is, should we close the issue and let everyone know about the new location?

Yes. there have been some new pages added to the mediawiki one since which I will move over to here then close it for editing (its getting attacked spam bots already anyway).

Just an update: I have moved the wiki to /oldwiki due to spammers attacking it from crawling my site. I can't be botherd diving into mediawiki php code just to create a solution when the obvious one didn't work (create a trusted group). So lets just use GitHub.
