High score item duplication #62

Describe the bug The new list of items the high scores are drawn from record an item every time it is picked so, for instance, it will record 5x Explosive Bullets 5 times in the more info list.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Play the game and get multiple copies of an upgrade
  2. Kill the boss or die
  3. Record the high score
  4. Click on the record for more info
  5. See the multiple copies of the upgrade record

Expected behavior A single copy of each upgrade with the amount of stacks
