Inventory System + UI

This will deal with the functionality of an inventory system.

• Add a count to each placeable building so the user cannot place infinite items
• Disable selection once there is no buildings left
• Allow the user to restore a building by selecting one on the grid
• ImportedUI from other branch
• Changed functionality of deletion to be a toggle rather than always active to prevent conflicts with the wires branch
• Delete mode will unselect all other panels and vice versa

Issues

• Currently the UI overlaps the first tile. You can still place buildings on it however

I have merged the UI branch into this branch so I can finish the functionality

The features are looking good. The delete doesn't work when hovering on the building instead of the square but this is changed in my branch by removing the colliders from the buildings. The UI overlapping the first tile could be fixed, at least for the moment, by moving the camera holder object a small amount. Other than that I think all branch requirements have been met and it should be good to be put up for review if you are happy with it.
