This will add the basic title menu to the game, including the scene management code.
Use Case:
This is required in order to start the game, view settings / controls and other info.
User Story - As a player, I need a way to begin the game, so i can play.
Proposed Solution:
The first solution would be a basic title screen with a start and quit button , a way to switch to the main scene and possibly a level selection if needed
