Description:

Describe the issue you encountered concisely.

The render texture used for the pixel filter has its aspect ratio locked to 16:9
The mouse desyncs when the aspect ratio isn't 16:9

Steps to Reproduce:

Change resolution to something other than 16:9 (4:3 for example)
Move mouse around to see mouse desync

Expected Behavior:

What should have happened?

The render texture should match the resolution, in the same way that the camera does.

Actual Behavior:

What actually happened?

The game's visuals (not including UI) will stretch and shrink
This causes the mouse movement to desync, because the mouse uses another camera for raycasts

a lot of tutorials for pixel filters also include a script to change the render texture aspect ratio during runtime.
