Create a bench-top prototype #52

The goal is to create a minimum working product of a benchtop prototype. Once this is proven as working and signed off by the client we can look to assemble the entire cabinet.

Controls tested as working and using the same layout on both sides. Had to clean a few connections on some of the buttons

Bench top prototype was tested by game devs and at the OP tertiary open day.
