[NES] Ridge Racer USA crashes when resuming from menu #44

When restoring state, the game incorrectly displays graphics and freezes..

Hi @OtherCrashOverride,

I have encountered the same issue in Super Mario Bros. 3, only if you save state in starting screen ( when you select 1 player mode or 2 player mode ) and then restored game from menu. If you save state "in game", the restoring works great.
