Kernel reports the following from time to time:

transfer to device 4 endpoint failed
data may have been lost
FIQ reported NYET

Still collecting more info. Raspberry Pi B+ and Edimax dongle.

Also, Apple devices cannot connect, but that is probably also true on model B.

Cannot confirm on B+ with Edimax dongle. Might be something else, like insufficient power or something along those lines. Closing for now.
