Image loading error blocks the whole download 1.4.1 #231

Hello, when settings are checked in any cover downloading (to folder or to tag), it throws next errors that block the whole downloading. .NET Framework version: 4.8 or later 2022-10-20 11:41:21.2103 INFO Computing size for album "<myAlbum>"... 2022-10-20 11:41:21.3065 WARN Failed to retrieve the size of the cover art file for album "<myAlbum>". UPD: Passed through with VPN. My provider blocks images hosting I guess

Some ISP are blocking the CDN hosting the cover arts: see #185
