Scaling doesn't work #1

It seems like scaling doesn't work properly. The final PNG images have double the size, but the icon is still the same size, positioned top left in the PNG file.

I tried to rasterize the Batch SVG icons.

Ah, I actually got it runnin' but no idea how I did that. Anyway, going to close this now until I can reproduce it.
