I suggest to add metadata to the store page so Turnsignal is listed as VR software. I couldn't find Turnsignal when searching for it with the filters: "Software" and "VR supported".
https://store.steampowered.com/search/?sort_by=Reviews_DESC&category1=994&vrsupport=402 Turnsignal should be listed right below "Sharecare VR" as it is now a lot of people won't find this utility.
