Desktop naming mismatch #1649

The desktop file name specified in otter-browser.appdata.xml is org.otter_browser.Otter_Browser.desktop, but the desktop file is named as otter-browser.desktop.

Please either rename the desktop file to org.otter_browser.Otter_Browser.desktop, or modify the metainfo file to match with the actual desktop file name.
