win10: taskbar on the side #1709

win10 x64(i have not checked other versions) when the taskbar is located on the left of the screen, when a new window is opened, it appears under the taskbar, but with a width minus the width of the taskbar

@babut85, could you please provide some screenshot? Does it happen only for new windows opened from running session or also for the first opening in fresh profile (can be emulated using --profile <path> command line parameter)?

*sorry for the delay, but we suddenly have a war here! my relatives have been living in a bomb shelter for several days now.

About the issue, I'll try to debug it once my Windows toolchain will start working again.
