The browser does not show history #1741

The browser saves the history in a file ...\AppData\Local\Otter\otter\browsingHistory.json but does not show the history in the interface. Also, the corresponding item in the settings window is inactive. otterhistoryproblem

Windows 8.1, Otter 1.0.81 weekly 420.

Previously history worked. But I'm not sure if it broke by itself or after updating the browser.

@ilyalesnoi, are you using some sort of privacy settings?

Although, I assume that this file in background is a non-empty history file, so… yeah. Which exact version is it? Which backend (less relevant but possibly useful)?
