Add uptime for ocean fish #147

Adds ocean fishing time (sunset, night, day) to individual fish, and route calculation based on real time to figure out when those routes are available.

This is a little bit of a work in progress still. It seems to be working fine for the fish window and the fish timer window for spectral fishing spots, but there's some fish that seem like they're unavailable based on coloring in the fish timer window for non-spectral ocean fishing spots. I'll sort it out, but happy to fix any feedback in the meantime if you had it.

d02cc68 needed some more ocean fishing special cases, but this should be good to go now.

I'll close this and look through the other PR when I find the time, it contains those 6 commits from here anyway.

Oh, I could have rebased the other one once you finished looking at this. However you want to do it.
