Add support for mounting #227

Add support for mounting on GatherBuddy quick actions including:

Config to Enable/Disable Mounting
Config to Select whether or not Mount Roulette should be used (default option)
Ability to manually specify a mount when Mount Roulette is disabled

I am by no means C native so apologies if this is implemented in a less than ideal manner.

No further automation, GatherBuddy is already skirting our rules with the gearchange on arrival. Also, I recommend to talk to people before working on stuff.
