Get app ready for first beta release

Changes:

• Change status bar to background color and light content bar style
• Show Player screen as the home screen
• Remove title bar on the Player screen
• Do not ask to connect to the device or simulator when connecting since the simulator is not yet supported
• Hide battery icon for now on the Player screen
• Set help button on the Player component to go to https://wikifactory.com/+OttoDIY/otto-diy-plus
• Hide bottom bar actions on the Player screen
• Fix Otto client to allow for setting the speed
• Fix Otto client to switch left and right Bluetooth commands around
• Include the speed when running the up, down, right and left instructions
• Fix toggleSpeed in the Player component to call setSpeed on the client
• Switch left & right shake, bend and cross button images around
• Fix footer component to include a top border
• Remove link in Problems Connecting modal
• Fix minor issues in Bluetooth service
• Update Player test and its snapshot
• Update Stories test snapshot
